■海外(マレーシア尚可)のサービス業・飲食業などにおける同様の経験、5-10年以上が好ましい
■海外でのマネジメント経験必須(ビジネスを自走させることが出来る方)
■ビジネスレベル〜ネイティブの英語スキル

[Position]
MD Successor
[Job Description]
A business head candidate position at the Malaysian subsidiary of a non Malaysian leisure service company.
Responsibilities include:
- Formulation, execution, and management of business strategies and sales plans for the Malaysian subsidiary
- Coordination and reporting with the Japanese headquarters
- Overall supervision of store operations
- Planning and implementation of marketing, promotional activities, and business improvement initiatives
- Financial management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee training and development
- Other general management duties

[Requirements]
- Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience in the service or F&B industry
(experience of business expansion in Malaysia is a plus) - Proven business management experience, with the ability to independently drive business operations
- Business-level to native-level Japanese proficiency is a plus
(equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher) - Understanding of Japanese corporate culture
