- Cultivate and find new customers and sell Elevaotor.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Identify and respond to client needs of Elevator.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier.
- Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest for Elevator Product them accordingly.
- Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate.
- Attend a weekly sale meeting
- Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison.
- Health and safety adherence
- Must have a minimum of three(3) years’ experience in a Sales and Management for Elevator industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to absorb new knowledges.
- Able to follow instructions and take action accordingly.
- Show attention to detail.
- Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office ( WORD,EXCEL,PowerPoint）
【給与】 年俸制 1500～1700 USD（Gross）まで
■昇給：: 賞与1か月分、 有給休暇１２日／年
