【ポジション】IT Team Leader
　【業務内容】
*Main duties:
  • Development, operation, and maintenance of development projects of GEO Corporation Japan
  • Cooperate with Japanese engineers to participate in all phases of software development lifecycle,from upper process like requirement definition, basic design… to development, testing, operation.
  • Manage the schedule of all team members, closely follow the development process in addition to professional expertise.

* Must-have
 
  • Experience in Reactjs /HTML/CSS/Nodejs/JavaScript development (from design to code and testing).
  • Experience in application development using RDBMS(MySQL, PostgressSQL, etc)
  • Can use English in daily communication.
  • Management skills of an engineer (problem management)
  • Have technical skills that can train, help, and support other members.
  • Experience in software development in development stages (from design to operation),
  • management (estimate, set schedule)
  • Understanding of the importance of ensuring the schedule and quality of a development project.
  • When problems arise, can find suitable solutions, and implement.
  • Understanding of the meaning of Report - Communication - Discussion (Hourensou) and implement.

Nice to have
  • Experience as a bridge engineer between Japan and Vietnam
  • Study abroad in Japan
  • Work experience in Japan or Japanese company
  • High communication ability
  • Can use Japanese language
  • Experience with the cloud (AWS)

【給与】　　年俸制 2000から2500USD（Gross）まで

  • Japanese language allowance (for employees with Japanese language proficiency N1-N3):
  • N1：3,000,000 VND/month
  • N2：2,000,000 VND/month
  • N3：1,000,000 VND/month
  • Technical allowance (information processing engineer examination (FE, AP)):
  • AP: 2,000,000 VND/month
  • FE: 1,000,000 VND/month
  • AWS (Provided only within the validity period of the qualification):
  • Associate：1,000,000 VND/month
  • Professional：2,000,000 VND/month
  • Specialty: 2,000,000 VND/month
  • Travel allowance: 600,000 VND/month
  • Lunch allowance: 470,000 VND/month
  • Kindergarten tuition for staff’s children (with conditions for payment): Max 4,500,000 VND/month/child
  • Tuition for Japanese language school (with conditions for payment): Max 4,500,000 VND/month
